My appointment with Dr. Hsin felt quite brief. It seemed to last only about five minutes, which was just enough time to assess the range and strength of my knee. I didn't have much opportunity to process everything. I managed to ask a question just as he was leaving, and he kindly paused to answer it. He then advised me that I would need physical therapy. The three-star rating is primarily for his assistant, who was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. I did need to call back later as I had forgotten to request a medication.

Quick but efficient and friendly got me taken care of no sweat!

I met with Dr. Bierbrauer on July 13th to discuss upcoming hand surgery. He explained the diagnosis and procedure clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable and confident about the plan. The staff were professional and organized. I will update this review after surgery."

I had cortisone injections in the base of both thumbs. I wish the doc would’ve told me how much my thumbs were gonna hurt for the next 10 hours. I was literally unable to use my hands for 6 hours post-injection due to the pain. I have a fairly high pain tolerance, but would rate my 6 hours of pain at a 7 or 8 out of 10. I had lots of improvement the next 48 hours, but the first 6 hours were tough… I’m glad I didn’t have a dinner date… I would’ve had to cancel. Hopefully my subsequent injections go better.

Just had a post-op visit with Katie and she is amazing! Works on providing solutions to issues, listens to concerns and takes time to answer any questions. And she slways had a beautiful smile, no matter how busy she is.
