It's been 10 months since my surgery with Dr. Ocel, and I'm surprised I haven't thanked him and his team sooner. Initially, he took the time to call me over the weekend after my injury, guiding me through options and reassuring me I didn't need immediate surgery. During my evaluation, his assistant efficiently organized crucial information and expedited insurance pre-authorization. I've used OCC for everything from new knees, partial rotor cuff tear, plantar fasciitis, and more. The doctors on staff are excellent. Their PT department works hand in hand with your physician to guarantee best results possible. My experience with Dr. Ciccone has been excellent. He's a doctor that LISTENS to his patients. He's kind, friendly and very personable. His mission is to do what is best for you AND will bring about optimal results, keeping your needs and concerns in mind. Couldn't recommend a more talented and caring specialist.
Very friendly people from the front desk to the nurse assistant. Doctor was very easy to talk to and explain my problem. All was fixed in a quick and efficient manner. I will definitely recommend this office and doctor to anyone who requires ear, nose and eye treatment.
