Eric J. Lindberg, MD is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who joined Orthopedic Associates in 1998. For over 20 years, he has provided exceptional orthopedic foot and ankle care, both operative and non-operative, for patients in the Denver metro area.
He evaluates and treats all types of foot and ankle issues, including sports injuries of the foot and ankle, and complex deformities including those from arthritis. He has treated patients from many professional sports teams as well as those patients of all ages who try to remain active and healthy at any activity level. For many years he provided the foot and ankle care for the Colorado Avalanche, Denver Nuggets and the Colorado Crush.
Dr. Lindberg received his undergraduate degree in biochemistry from the University of California, Davis in 1987. He graduated from the UCLA School of Medicine in 1992 and continued his orthopedic training through the Harbor/ UCLA orthopedic residency program. His fellowship in foot and ankle reconstructive surgery was completed with Ronald Smith M.D. in Long Beach, California. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery and a member of the American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society.
When he is not practicing medicine, Dr. Lindberg enjoys 4 wheeling with his family, race car driving, wine collecting, biking and skiing.
