I was there 40min from the time I gave the Valet my keys to the time I had my car back! And I walk with a cane. Dr Williams & her staff are so efficient at their jobs. I did not feel rushed at all. I was able to ask my questions and have them answered right away. I would have liked instructions on "what to do after a steroid injection" to refresh my memory. I do understand that most people don't. I had my last surgery done here & will have my next one done here too.

Dr. Williams and her staff have been fantastic. I was injured on a Sunday night and was able to get in the next day to get my hand looked at. Two days later I was in for surgery to repair a very bad compound fracture in my index finger. I don’t think I waited more than two minutes on any of my visits to the practice from day one, and everybody is courteous and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone needing medical care on their upper extremities.

I called in the morning for what looked like an infected finger and was given an appointment that day. The office personnel were very professional and courteous. Dr. Williams was very thorough and concerned for my health.

Dr. Williams provided me with the best care. I have a pretty thick medical record, and some pretty traumatic experiences. She helped fix my hand, but all provided me with a positive association with my overall experience. Healing, in more than one way. Thank you to her, and her wonderful staff, for everything.

Dr. Williams and all of her staff are very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable about all medical proceedures necessary for Jay's hand. They promptly referred us to other specialists (i.e. Colorado Infectious Disease) as needed. They were willing to go above and beyond trying to clear the infection in Jay's index finger before suggesting the final outcome of amputation. We just cannot say enough about this wonderful group. They are very special. We are so very thankful for all of the special care that they gave Jay. Dr. Williams is very kind and more than willing to answer any and all questions.
