Compared to other procedures that I’ve had another doctor visits this facility is top-notch. My only suggestion would be to have a summary of surgery time frames because patients have a tendency not to remember everything they are told.

I appreciate the comprehensive care I received. Dr Eickman took the time to reassure me about my condition, asking questions and letting me know what to look for. I was able to ask questions and didn't feel rushed. I felt heard. Thank you!

I was referred to Dr. Eickmann by my primary care physician, and he was a lifesaver. Best doc I’ve ever had. My situation was complex in that I had a lingering hip infection that was from my original replacement 12 years ago. Note… he was not the original orthopedic surgeon. He took my case, asked me tons of questions about my history, and problem solved the situation which a bit messy. He was not only technically a master orthopedic surgeon, but he genuinely cared that we get the problem resolved and that I get my life back. He also has an amazing team who also care deeply about his patients. If there were 10 stars I’d click that option!
Dr. Eickmann performed a hip replacement surgery on me and I couldn’t be happier. All the years of suffering from what I thought was sciatica was really my hip and once I got my hip replacement all the sciatic pain went away and I am now walking with no assistance, no pain and this has been life changing for me (two days after surgery!) I have Dr. Eickmann and his team to THANK for everything they did and they are so caring and amazing with my aftercare and physical therapy that I recommend anybody needing a hip replacement to consider Dr.Eickmann and team. Thank you to this team for giving my life back to me! So So happy!!

Dr. Eickmann is truly my hero. I couldn't walk without crutches for nearly 3 years. When I showed up in the ED at Lutheran I knew it would be a feat to replacement my hip and maybe or maybe not it would be successfully done. I am now 6 weeks or of surgery walking like a champ and I owe him my life. Thank you doctor for giving my life back again. You will be making a mistake if you choose another doctor.

I first met Dr. Eickmann to seek a 2nd opinion on balance issues I was having after hip replacement surgery. New x-rays showed a problem he felt he could correct with additional hip surgery, which I had Jan. 3, 2024. After 6 weeks on a walker, I will return to physical therapy, and I anticipate my balance will slowly return. Dr. Eickmann has a straightforward manner, made me no promises but expressed confidence that I will get better. He has a great team who are working with me. I can highly recommend him.
